Accommodations
The room is very cozy (code for small) If you need space to practice your somersaults or love to stretch out and lounge on well worn hotel carpet; then this is not the place you are looking for.  We can offer you a comfortable 'cozy' room with lots of great perks. Like organic fresh herbs & fruit (when in season). A colorful  private courtyard with bright or fragrant flowers and fountains. If you want a restful, charming space with great food and unique touches--Welcome! We have had such positive feedback and wonderful responses,
but I want to make sure no one is surprised or disappointed with the size of the room.

Terms and Conditions
$140+10.5 %  tot tax . Min 2 nights stay. Sorry no exception.
 maximum 2 guests.
The detached casita is the only rental. Guests occupy the casita room & courtyard spaces only
Please note the room is small if you are claustrophobic this is not the place for you!


**Comic Con week and Holidays are black out days that require min. longer stays No Refunds**
 
Cancellations prior to 14 days will get a refund minus $25 processing

**Sorry no refunds after the 14 day grace period , no shows  early departures  black out days or  special packages.
